Your space and the team's

Every workspace has two kinds of place.

Your own space

Your own space is yours: for drafts, personal jobs and anything you are not ready to share. Other members of your organization cannot see it. Your organization’s owners and admins can, as they can see everything in the organization.

When you ask your assistant for something without saying where, it will usually ask. You can say:

Keep this in my own space.

The team’s space

The organization’s shared space holds the work your team shares: common instructions, shared material, jobs several people run. By default everyone in the organization can read it. Who can change what is set by your organization’s admins; see Who can see what.

Set this up in the team’s space so the rest of sales can use it.

A workspace of your own

If you use Cue-Queue on your own, your workspace is a personal one: there is no team space, and everything is yours. If you are later invited to an organization, you have both, and you switch between them.

Moving work between them

Ask your assistant to move or copy something, or do it in the web app. Moving work into the team’s space shares it; moving it into your own space takes it out of other people’s view.
