Disconnecting an assistant

Your account page lists every assistant you have connected to Cue-Queue, with when each was last used.

Sign out an assistant there, and it stops working with your workspace on its very next request. Nothing in your workspace is deleted. You would do this when you have lost a device, stopped using an assistant, or connected one you did not mean to.

To use that assistant again, connect it again; you will be asked to sign in.

You can also remove the connector in the assistant’s own settings. That stops the assistant from trying, but it is the sign-out in Cue-Queue that ends its access.

Temporary access

When your assistant moves a file in or out of your workspace, runs a script or tests a dashboard, it issues itself temporary access for that one job: to one folder, for 12 hours at most, and never more than you can do yourself. These are listed on the same page, under Access grants, and you can end any of them early.
