Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and [Quantod Pty Ltd] (ABN [ABN]) (“Quantod”, “we”, “us”), which makes Cue-Queue. By creating an account or using Cue-Queue you agree to them. If you use Cue-Queue for an organization, you agree to them for that organization, and confirm you may.
1. What Cue-Queue is
Cue-Queue is a hosted workspace that AI assistants you choose connect to, so they can keep
instructions, data and progress for your work. It includes the web app at /app, the connection
assistants use, and the documentation on this site.
Cue-Queue is not an AI assistant. The assistants you connect are made by other companies, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
2. Accounts
- Access is by invitation for now. You need an account to use Cue-Queue, and you sign in through our identity provider.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what any assistant you connect does with the access you give it.
- You must be at least 18, or old enough to make this agreement where you live.
- An account belongs to one person. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Organizations
- An organization’s workspace, and what is in its shared space, belongs to the organization.
- Owners and admins manage who belongs, what each person can reach, and can see all of the organization’s content, including members’ own spaces within it.
- When a person leaves an organization, their access to it ends. What they created in its shared space stays with the organization.
- For content in an organization’s workspace, we act on the organization’s behalf under our data processing terms, which form part of these terms for every organization.
4. Plans and payment
- Free and Pro are for individuals; Team and Enterprise are for businesses. Each plan’s limits, such as storage, are described on the pricing page or, for Enterprise, in your agreement with us.
- Paid plans, once offered, are billed in advance, for the period chosen at purchase, and renew until cancelled. Team is billed as a base price plus a price for each member. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where they apply.
- You can cancel at any time; the plan continues until the end of the period already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before the renewal and you will not pay it.
- If you go over a plan’s limits, writes that would exceed them are refused until you make room or change plans. Nothing already stored is removed because of a limit.
5. Your content
- What you put into Cue-Queue remains yours, including what your assistants write there on your behalf.
- You give us permission to store, copy, process and show your content only as needed to provide Cue-Queue to you and the people you share it with, and to keep it secure.
- We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train AI models.
- You are responsible for having the right to put your content into Cue-Queue, including any personal data about other people it contains.
- You can export your content at any time, in ordinary files.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Cue-Queue to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- store or send malware, or content that exploits or harms children;
- attempt to reach another customer’s data, probe or overload the service, or get around its limits or security;
- send spam or other unsolicited messages;
- resell Cue-Queue, or build a competing service from it, without our written agreement.
We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
7. The service
- We work to keep Cue-Queue available and your content safe, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own export of anything you cannot afford to lose.
- We may change or improve Cue-Queue. If we remove something significant that you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
- Features described as early, preview or beta may change or stop.
8. Ending
- You can close your account, or leave an organization, at any time.
- We may end these terms with 30 days’ notice, or at once for a serious breach of them.
- After an account or organization ends, its content is kept for 30 days so it can be exported, and then deleted, except where the law requires us to keep it. Deleted content can remain in our backups for up to 7 more days, until they expire.
9. Disclaimers and liability
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
- Subject to that, Cue-Queue is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- We are not responsible for what third-party assistants do, including what they do with access you give them, or for the accuracy of anything an assistant produces.
- To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 Australian dollars if that is more.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the product at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you can close your account before it takes effect, and we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for. Continuing to use Cue-Queue after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [New South Wales], Australia, and disputes go to its courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go elsewhere.
