My assistant doesn’t use Cue-Queue

Assistants decide for themselves when to use a connector. Mention it: start with “use qq”, or say “Cue-Queue”. Also check the connector is turned on for the chat: some assistants let you switch connectors per conversation.

My assistant says it can’t find something I can see in the web app

It may be in a different workspace. Assistants work in the one picked when they were connected; ask yours which one it is in, and reconnect if it is the wrong one.

It asks me to sign in again

That is normal after a long time without use, or after you signed it out. Follow the link, sign in, and go back to the chat.

“Access denied”, or something is missing

You, and so your assistant, may not have access to that part of the workspace. Ask your organization’s owner or an admin; see Who can see what.

Which assistants work with Cue-Queue?

Any that can add a remote MCP server. We have checked Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Grok and Gemini CLI; see Connect for the steps.

Can I use more than one assistant?

Yes, as many as you like, at the same time. They all see the same work, so you can start something in one and continue in another.

Is my work used to train AI?

Cue-Queue does not train AI on your work. What your assistant sends to its maker is governed by that assistant’s own terms and your settings there.

How do I get my data out?

Any time, from the web app. See Taking your data out.
