Sharing work

Work in the team’s space is shared as it is: there is nothing to send. A colleague, or their assistant, sees the same instructions, material and progress you do.

Several people on one job

Several people and assistants can work on one job at the same time. Each takes the next piece of work that nobody else is on, so two assistants never do the same item, and nobody’s work overwrites anybody else’s. If two people do change the same document at once, the second is told and tries again with the new version; nothing is silently lost.

Help with the candidate search: take the next few profiles that need checking.

Handing over

When you stop part-way, the state of the work is in Cue-Queue, not in your chat. A colleague picks up with:

Where did the candidate search get to? Carry on from there.

Sharing something from your own space

Move it into the team’s space, or ask your assistant to:

Move my onboarding checklist into the team’s space so the others can use it.

Who can then see or change it follows your organization’s access rules.
