Sign-in and single sign-on
People sign in to Cue-Queue through a dedicated identity service, with the sign-in methods your organization has set up. Cue-Queue itself never sees a password.
Everyone signs in the same way whether they are opening the web app or connecting an assistant. Connecting an assistant always asks you to sign in, and to pick which workspace it is for.
Single sign-on and directory sync
On the Sign-in tab of the organization’s settings, owners and admins can connect the company’s own identity provider (such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace):
- Single sign-on: people sign in with their company account.
- Directory sync: people joining or leaving in the company directory join or leave the organization in Cue-Queue.
The tab opens the identity service’s own setup guide, with the steps for your provider. When your single sign-on certificate is near expiry, renew it from the same tab.
These are available on plans that include them. Ask us if your organization needs them.
Each person’s security
Each person manages their own sign-in methods and sessions from their account page, under Sign-in and security.
